What is Zoom?

 

Zoom is a platform that offers remote conferencing by combining video conferencing, online meetings, chat, mobile collaboration.  It can be utilized by anyone and is free for meetings that have less than 100 participants and have duration of 40 minutes or less.

Additionally, always remember to be careful with personal data.  This is information that can be used to distinguish or trace an individual’s identity, such as their name, social security number, biometric records, etc. alone, or when combined with other personal or identifying information which is linked or linkable to a specific individual, such as date and place of birth, mother’s maiden name, etc.
